UWGB: For anyone interested in learning more about the psychological elements of meditation, there is an ongoing free class on this topic at the UWGB Ecumenical Center meeting each Wednesday afternoon from 12:00 to 1:00 PM. Zen practice and discussion at the Ecumenical Center at U.W. Green Bay
Wednesdays from 4:00 - 5:00 Sitting periods book-end discussion on practice and
the Buddhist tradition. Green Tara Sangha meets at the Bay Area yoga Center, 2020 S. Webster in Green Bay. We sit every Saturday and Sunday at 7:30 AM. Modeled in the Japanese Rinzai tradition with opportunities for open and private discussion on practice. Open to all, there is no fee. Zen River Sangha The Zen River Sangha, also associated with the Hollow Bones order offers meditation, talks and discussions in Appleton, Neenah and Oshkosh. The schedule can be found here. Smiling Danelion Sangha The Smiling Dandelion Sangha, associated with the teaching of Thich Nhat Hanh, meets on Sunday evenings from 6:30 – 8:30 PM at the Fox Valley Unitarian Universalist Fellowship in Appleton (2600 E. Philip Lane). This group welcomes persons interested in mindfulness/ Buddhist meditation from a variety of perspectives, both beginners and people who have been practicing for some time.
